1. Refund OF Payment Received

Under any conditions if we are unable to deliver the requested service. In cases where service delivery is not possible from our end except any server and technical issue.100% refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Time Frame

We will process your refund demand inside 10 to 15 business long periods of getting all the data required for handling refund like purpose behind refund, bank subtleties for preparing demand, and so forth.

4. Dropping Of Application

You can’t drop the enrollment once connected. No Refund will be given once the application is done and Temporary Refernce number Generated.

5.Demanding Of Other FSSAI License

As we already Mentioned that we provide only service related FSSAI Registration License if Food Inspector ask some Other license refund is not possible in such case as work is completed given by users.

6. Elucidation About Application

7.Shortcomings from Clients

If delivery of services cannot be made due to any shortcommings on the part of client side , for example : Not Providing Proper Documents ,Additional Details like user credentials for renew, Additional Documents or any other matter which may restrict us from delivery of services.In such cases no refund will be done.

8.Paid For Different License

If Users Paid for State or Central License and as we already mentioned that this website of our is only for Registration License in such case refund is not possible but our company can provide user service for state or central license with Extra charges(starting 3500/-).

9. Multiple payment

If client paid multiple times so refund will be issued after deducting processing chareges around 400-500 (Payment Gateway and Processing charge)

10. No Documents or cancel Service

If client Provide no documents or cancel after filling the form and assigned the work then No refund will be issued

11. Power Majeure

Foodlicenseportal.org will not be considered in break of its Satisfaction Guarantee approach or default under any terms of administration, and will not be at risk to the Client for any discontinuance, interference, or deferral in the execution of its commitments by reason of tremor, flood, fire, storm, lightning, dry season, avalanche, sea tempest, violent wind, tropical storm, tornado, cataclysmic event, demonstration of God or the open foe, pestilence, starvation or plague, activity of a court or open specialist, change in law, blast, war, fear mongering, outfitted clash, work strike, lockout, blacklist or comparable occasion past our sensible control, regardless of whether anticipated or unanticipated (each a “Power Majeure Event”)

In some special condition, we will refund upto 20% of the amount but that is solely depend on the company

13. Expired License

If you Provide License which is already expired, We will help you to get New License or Renew it (If Possible, Govt. Penalty have to be bear by client) but Refund is not possible for all types of License (Registration, State and Central). Fees In State and central will be applicable as per point no. 8

13.Before Due Date Of Expiry

If you Provide License which Due Date Has Not Come Yet, We will help you to get New License or Renew it (When Window is Open for due date) but Refund is not possible for all types of License (Registration, State and Central). Fees In State and central will be applicable as per point no. 8
